What Panic Away did for me

Having seen other Panic Away reviews I wanted to write this to demonstrate just how very precious this particular treatment is to me.

I had suffered from anxiety attacks, heart palpitations and skipped heartbeats for many years. I thought I was going crazy, constantly trying to talk myself out of the condition. Telling myself that I was being stupid. But would my own body listen to me? No way!

I even went to see a professional therapist, which went pretty well and for a while I truly believed I was cured. However, around two months after completing my treatment, my symptoms came back with a bang. I was flabbergasted. How could my body let me down like this? Again!

What’s so Good about Panic Away?

What I liked about the Panic Away Treatment is that it was very structured and held my hand every step of the way. It takes a holistic view and looks at every aspect of your life from nutrition, to your sleeping patterns to visualization and meditation.

The method is summed up in a seven-minute strategy known as “One Move“. This deals specifically with a panic attack whilst it is happening, which helped me immensely. The theory is all well and good, but to be convinced, I am the sort of person who needs to see things in action, as they are happening and to be able to demonstrate them.

Are there any Bad Points?

You must remember that these courses aren’t ‘magic bullets’. You can’t simply listen to the CDs and hey presto you’re cured! You need to work at the program and follow all of the exercises in the book every single day. That way, you train your mind to operate in a different way.

What’s in the Pack?

The Panic Away pack consists of:

  • A 256 page manual;
  • 4 DVDs;
  • 7 Audio CDs;
  • 100% 8 week money-back guarantee;
  • A lifetime access to the Private Access Members forum.

Panic Away review summary

The course was a real eye opener and it challenges many old and outdated beliefs that exist about panic attacks: that you can never be cured. That the best you can do is to simply cope with it – that you have to basically live with your condition for the rest of your life. YOU DON’T! I’m living proof among many thousands of others that’s simply not the case.

It is human nature to look for a ‘quick fix’, and curing anxiety disorders is no different. There is a temptation to look for a magic pill that will instantly cure them, no matter the underlying cause. I’m afraid I have bad news for these people: there isn’t one for this condition.

As I’ve said, Panic Away is not a ‘magic pill’ – you need to work at the program and follow it through from beginning to end. It is also not a ‘crutch’ to lean on – the program teaches you all the strategies you need to CURE YOURSELF. But how empowering is that? And how much more enduring?

Also, if you think that your condition is purely chemical or hormone related, then I would recommend that you consult your doctor to find out if this is the case first.

But if you follow the treatment faithfully and with an open mind, you should see some amazing results, and the best thing is, at the end you will realize that it was YOU who managed to cure yourself. One you know that, no matter what life may throw at you in the future, you will know exactly how to deal with your reactions to them.

It’s now been over two years since I finished the program and I’m in no doubt that it will never return. In short, because I know what caused it in the first place – ME! Sure, I have times when I’m a little down, but I’m now able to see these occurrences for what they are and bounce straight back. The program gave me the strength and the strategies to do face my fears and, in doing so, shrink them to nothing.

I really can’t recommend this product strongly enough; it really has changed my life. I really would advise you go to the Panic Away site and read a selection of the testimonials to see if it could be right for you.

With Best Wishes,

Beth
